Keep the workflow you already use.

Built for job boards, newsletters and alert tools that need to review existing links without moving to a new jobs database.

01 / SUPPLY

Paste your employer links

Check up to 2,000 URLs per run. Add your existing IDs when you need to match results back to a feed or spreadsheet.

02 / VERIFY

Inspect the source evidence

Every result includes a time and reason. Supported links are checked against the provider’s public data. Inaccessible or contradictory sources stay unknown.

03 / REVIEW

Update the right rows

Use the report for review, or export the results as JSON or CSV in Apify. Unknown and duplicate rows do not trigger a verification event charge.

Know what each check proves.

  • Supports native Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby job URLs, including standard application-link variants.
  • Custom employer domains, other providers and private links return unknown.
  • Checks public listing membership. It does not submit applications, inspect applicants or test application forms.
  • Duplicate URLs are normalized within the run; your original rows stay separate.

“Not listed” does not mean “filled.”

A role can move, become private, or disappear for another reason. Treat the result as evidence for your publishing decision, not a claim about why the employer removed it.

The sample report contains a development run recorded on September 12, 2026. Example URLs may change over time. It is a dated demonstration, not a customer testimonial.
